What is Ongapi?
Ongapi is a hosted REST API that normalizes orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify into one order model. You use one API key and one outbound webhook for all connected shops.
How much does Ongapi cost?
Sandbox is free and uses the mock adapter. Paid plans are Starter ($49/month), Growth ($199/month), and Scale ($499/month) in USD. Annual billing in Console saves 20%. See Pricing.
Do I need a paid plan to test?
No. Sandbox includes test API keys, mock connections, and Console Send test order so you can receive order.created without a live shop.
Where is the API base URL?
Production REST API: https://api.ongapi.com/v1. OpenAPI: https://api.ongapi.com/openapi.json. The marketing site and Console are at https://ongapi.com.
How do webhooks work?
You set one HTTPS endpoint per developer account. Ongapi signs each POST with HMAC-SHA256. Event types include order.created, order.updated, and connection.reauth_required. See Webhooks.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify through official partner OAuth apps. Live connections require a paid plan. See Platforms and OAuth.
What can the API do today?
Included in v1: connect shops (Console or POST /v1/connections/authorize), read canonical orders (GET /v1/orders), catch up on events (GET /v1/events), and receive outbound webhooks (order.created, order.updated, connection.reauth_required).
Read-only on each order: status, totals, buyer, shipping address, and fulfillment fields when the marketplace already has them. waybill_url is not a label download API. On Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada it is usually null; on Shopify it may be a tracking URL.
Write APIs (ERP / WMS): POST /v1/orders/{id}/ship (requires Idempotency-Key), GET /v1/orders/{id}/shipping-label, GET /v1/connections/{id}/warehouses, and PUT /v1/connections/{id}/inventory. Sandbox mock connections support all four. Live Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify call the marketplace. Shopify does not offer platform logistics or a shipping-label download (capability_unsupported / waybill_unavailable). A token that lacks the new scopes returns capability_unsupported until the seller authorizes again. See Orders and events and the OpenAPI reference.
