Terms of use
Ongapi is a hosted API that normalizes marketplace orders for developers. These terms cover the website, console, and /v1 API.
Accounts
You need an account to receive API keys. Keep test and live keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your keys and for the webhook URL you configure.
Plans
Sandbox is free and uses the mock adapter. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) raise live-connection and monthly order caps. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly, or annually at 20% off the monthly price. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel in Console, then Billing, then the Stripe Customer Portal. Fees already charged are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Marketplace connections
Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify connect through each platform's official partner app. Live shops authorize with that platform's OAuth. You may use buyer and order data only to provide your own integration, and you must follow each marketplace's terms. Ongapi does not provide a packing desk, listings, or inventory tools. Sandbox connections use the mock adapter.
Acceptable use
Do not probe other tenants, scrape marketplace credentials, or send unlawful content through webhooks. We may suspend keys that threaten the service or other customers.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Order reads stay available when outbound webhooks are paused for plan limits. These terms are not legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creai Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for marketplace outages outside our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Ongapi in that period.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel paid subscriptions in Console → Billing. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or threaten the service. On termination, marketplace connections stop syncing; you may email support@ongapi.com to request deletion of account data subject to legal retention duties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
